Tell-It Tuesday
Legends and folktales about autumn are fun to read.
You can find some of them retold on this blog.
Here’s a question for you.
Have you ever thought about writing your own story about autumn?
Think of a question about autumn that you have always wondered about and try to make up a story to explain it.
Here are some ideas to get you started:
Why do leaves change color in the fall?
Why do animals bury seeds in the fall?
Why do some trees lose their leaves in autumn and others do not?
Why does Earth have seasons?
I’m sure you can think of many more questions.
Grab your computer, or paper and pencil, and let your imagination go WILD!
See what interesting story you can write to answer your question.
And, while you are at it, why not illustrate it, too?
Have fun being creative.
Enjoy your day!
Peace,
